Bonang Matheba has been announced as the red carpet host of E! Entertainment Africa season two.
In addition to well known celebrities being profiled as in season one, the E! team will also capturing all the glitz and glamour at events taking place in Southern Africa.

Entertainment Television has grown from strength to strength in Africa and we are committed to highlighting the incredible talent the continent has to offer through local events such as the E! red carpet party and more locally relevant content on the channel.” said Colin McLeod, Managing Director, UK & Emerging Markets, NBCUniversal International Networks. “This year, E! will introduce more local productions showcasing African celebrities and high profile local events.”
Following the success of 2015’s E! News Special series, E! will launch a brand new series of 30-minute celebrity profiles covering some of Africa’s biggest celebrities, including Nigerian rapper D’Banj, in the first half of the year. To further tap into the African market, E! will also be covering local events including the 2016 South African Film and Television Awards in March, with more events to be announced later in the year.
